One upload, not a hundred transfers
SMEasy generates the bulk payment file your bank expects, built to that bank's own specification. You log into your corporate banking portal, upload it, and approve.
Anyone without a bank account on file is flagged before you export, rather than quietly dropping out of the batch.
Statutory rates are stored with the dates they apply from, not overwritten each January. So a payslip approved two years ago still recomputes with the rates that were in force then — which is what you need when someone queries an old payslip or an auditor asks.

Questions we get asked
How much does payroll cost?
S$5 per employee per month, which also includes leave, attendance, duty roster and employee records. Payroll is not a separate module or a separate bill. No minimum headcount and no contract.
Does it calculate CPF automatically?
Yes - by age band and residency status, with the Ordinary Wage ceiling, Additional Wage cap and lower-wage phase-in applied. SDL and the self-help group contributions are calculated on the same pay run.
Which banks can we pay salaries from?
DBS, OCBC, UOB and Maybank bulk payment files are generated to each bank's own specification, plus a CPF EZPay file for the statutory contributions. You upload the file in your corporate banking portal.
Does it produce IR8A?
Yes. IR8A is built from the pay runs you have already approved and produced as a filled PDF, so year-end is not a separate data-entry exercise.
Can employees see their own payslips?
Yes. Each employee has their own account on web and mobile and can view their payslips there, so nobody is emailing PDFs individually.
What happens to unpaid leave and absence?
Both become payslip lines automatically and are excluded from the CPF ordinary-wage base. Because leave and attendance live in the same system, nobody retypes them into payroll at month end.
