How much does the duty roster cost?
S$5 per employee per month - and that price includes payroll, leave, attendance and employee records too. Rostering is not a separate module or a separate bill. No minimum headcount, no contract.
Do we need a clock-in machine?
No. Staff clock in from their own phone, with GPS and a photo captured on each punch. There is no terminal to buy, mount or maintain, which matters if you run more than one outlet.
What happens when someone forgets to clock out?
It is flagged as an exception rather than left as an open shift, with the expected times pre-filled so a supervisor can correct it quickly. You find out on the day instead of during payroll.
Can we roster across several outlets?
Yes. Employees are assigned to work locations, and someone without a location cannot clock in - so hours land against the right site. Pricing is per employee, not per outlet, so extra locations do not cost extra.
Does the roster know about approved leave?
Yes. Approved leave and public holidays appear on the planner as you build the week, so you are not cross-checking a second system before assigning a shift.
Do rostered hours reach payroll?
Yes - that is the point of having one system. Once attendance is approved, unpaid time and unexcused absence become payslip lines and are excluded from the CPF ordinary-wage base without anyone re-keying anything.
